Moreover, I was getting several requests for custard recipes, and I thought of sharing them with my readers. Also, this recipe is open-ended concerning the addition of fruits. While the preparation is straightforward, some considerations and variations for this exotic Custard Recipe. Firstly, I would recommend using fresh full-cream cows milk for this recipe. Whole cream milk would add more richness and creaminess to this recipe. Secondly, add the chopped fruits only after the custard milk is completely cooled down. If the fruits are added while the milk is still hot, it will not thicken. Lastly, this recipe was extended by adding cherries, tutti fruiti, plum, almonds, pista, cashews, or any dry fruits to prepare dry fruit custard. Also, turn off the flame before adding custard to the milk. Otherwise, they will form lumps. If you find lumps in the custard, pass it through a fine-mesh sieve into a different bowl.
