  • Firstly, in a large kadai, heat 1 litre of milk and boil it until it thickens slightly.

  • Prepare a custard mixture by mixing ¼ cup custard powder in ½ cup milk.

  • Pour the custard mixture into the boiled milk and mix well.

  • Continue to cook till the milk thickens slightly.

  • Also, add ½ cup condensed milk and cook well.

  • Cool completely till the milk thickens.

  • Further add 1 cup mango pulp, ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.

  • Pour the kulfi mixture into kulfi moulds. If you do not have moulds, you can pour it into matka or glass cups.

  • Cover and freeze for 8 hours or until it sets completely.

  • After 8 hours, the kulfi is set completely and ready to serve.

  • Finally, garnish the Mango Kulfi Recipe with a few chopped pistachios and enjoy.
