From using various tricks to hide their identity to employing different tactics to complete their ‘job,’ thieves, with their acts, manage to outsmart the police. One such interesting event was captured in the CCTV cameras of a shop where a group of masked robbers undertook a dramatic heist, crashing straight through the ceiling of the Atlanta Check Cashers. The entire incident was captured on the surveillance cameras. The footage was later released by the Atlanta Police Department.

The burglars managed to steal $150,000 in cash, confirmed a USA TODAY report. In the video now going viral, a staff member is seen walking around the desk area, separated from the lobby by a window. As she continued walking behind the counter, debris started falling to the ground, only for the first suspect to fall through the ceiling by disrupting the wires. While he quickly approached the employee, the second thief followed closely, forcing the employee to the ground.

As visible in the video, the intruders ordered her to open a safe in the back room to steal the cash. Quickly, they filled duffel bags with the loot, duct-taped the manager, and locked her in the bathroom before exiting the shop. Just before leaving, one of them even lifted his mask, allowing a passerby to catch a glimpse of him. The video has been widely circulated online, with users dropping diverse reactions. A user wrote, “This gotta be the same ninjas from the club a few months ago.”

Another commented, “They really race swapped mission impossible.”

“The manager is in on it. I’ll bet you a dollar,” one suspected.

According to the report, the Atlanta police have described the first suspect as a light-skinned Black male in his 30s with a height of around 6 feet. The second suspect was described as a dark-skinned Black male with a height of about 5 feet, 8 inches, and a slim build. The one who reported the robbery stated that the suspects fled away in a two-door pickup truck, which was driven by a third unidentified suspect.
